We order dried herbs that are grown without pesticides, purchased by our local partners from contract farmers. In addition to the leaves, there are also black cumin and parsley seeds, sweet paprika wholes and flakes. We also carry ingredients for herbal teas, such as wild lemon verbena and verbena from the Atlas Mountains in the north. We also order a small quantity of Rosacañina, a rare wild rose.
